What revelation establishes

The Qur’an mentions sihr, condemns harmful learning and teaches that harm occurs only by Allah’s permission. It also shows Allah making truth prevail over falsehood. These principles strengthen tawhid rather than fascination with techniques.

What symptoms cannot establish
